Consultation Staff Management

Add consultation staff, set each person’s availability, and adjust the system-wide consultation timing profile.

Direct time Client-facing Google Meet time.
Indirect time Employee-only wrap-up/documentation time.
Break Spacing before the next offered client slot.
Clients see direct-time slots. Employees are blocked for direct + indirect time. Slot spacing includes direct + indirect + break.
Add staff Use an @lrcss.com email address.
Pick days Turn weekdays on or off per employee.
Set hours Choose the available start and end time.

Notification Settings

Control which system notifications are sent and when reminder notifications are sent relative to the session date/time.

Global defaults These settings apply across the portal unless a more specific workflow setting also suppresses a notification.
Safe defaults Everything starts enabled so existing workflows keep working.
Reminder timing Scheduled reminder windows are calculated from the event start time.

Sent immediately after a public booking or waitlist acceptance is confirmed.

Danger Zone: Factory Reset

This utility will permanently delete all programs, sessions, attendee bookings, consultation requests, generated thumbnails, and handouts. It will also remove the events from the Google Calendar.
